Meet Coach Kelly

My approach

 Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle or sustain a healthy lifestyle I will support you every step of the way. I believe that no two clients are the same and your sessions will be tailored towards your own personal goals. I will provide guidance and motivation to help you stay on track and push you to the next level. I pride myself on creating a safe, supportive and encouraging environment for everyone I work with.

A Little More About Me

​

I am originally from the UK but moved to America back in 2020, where I retrained to follow my life long passion of health and fitness, becoming a fully qualified personal trainer. Sports have always played a big role in my life and shaped me to become the person I am today. I competed in tennis, swam at a national level and have always enjoyed being active. As I transitioned from University to full time employment I found it hard to juggle keeping fit with the demands of daily life. I eventually found my passion again in the gym, particularly with strength training and barbell work. I’ve spent the last five years developing these skills and have a passion for passing on my knowledge so each client leaves with more confidence than they started. Most recently, I have been enjoying the new challenge of HYROX and running.
